iQ.health
About this experiment:
Today, patients are continuously producing health data—and lots of it. Nike+ tracks and stores runners' distance, time, heartrate, and calories burned. The Withings wifi body scale measures and tracks weight, fat mass, muscle mass, and BMI. Other apps and devices do the same for blood pressure, calorie counting, home workouts, or even walking around the neighborhood.
So we asked, "What if an app could collect all of this health-related patient data in one place and prepare a simplified overview that patients can share with healthcare providers?"
iQ.Health imports data from apps, devices, websites, and electronic health records, such as Nike+, the Withings body scale, Foursquare, Mint, Google Health, and others.
iQ.Health: aggregating and comparing disparate sources of data...to keep patients on track to healthier lifestyles while providing physicians with a simplified, time-saving glimpse beyond medical data into patients' lives and health-related choices.
